Grace Lanza joined Perspective Group as an analyst in July of 2025. Prior to joining Perspective Group, Grace studied Chemistry as an undergraduate at Boston College. During her time at Boston College, Grace conducted hands-on research in analytical chemistry and served as a tutor and teaching assistant.

Grace also completed an internship at Merck in Global Clinical Supply, where she led and supported multiple cross-functional projects focused on clinical trial operations and strategic communication across the global clinical supply pipeline.

Grace is based in New York.
